We are seeking a self-driven Sales specialist to share in our mission of providing best-in-class digital marketing services for small & medium-sized businesses. In this role, you will be speaking with prospective clients to educate them about the service we offer and how it can help grow their business.

Job Responsibilities

  • Answering incoming calls, emails, and web chats from potential customers.
  • Identify, Qualify, prospect, present, and close new accounts 
  • Develop and track end-to-end opportunity pipeline
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity in a CRM system.
  • Understand client’s pain points and eloquently describe our digital marketing solutions and how they will meet client’s goals
  • Discuss initial client needs, prepare proposals and deliver presentations remotely
  • Conducting product/service demonstrations and providing quotes or pricing information.
  • Always maintain a warm and friendly etiquette with clients, build a relationship with them and win them over
  • Closing sales and onboarding new clients.
  • Handoff accounts to Account Managers as part of new client on-boarding
  • Following up with customers after sales to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities.
  • Collaborating with marketing and product teams to provide feedback on customer needs and preferences.
  • Continuously learning about products and industry trends to provide up-to-date information to customers.
  • Meeting or exceeding quarterly/annual sales targets and quotas.
  • Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends

Ideal candidate

  • A critical thinker that shares our passion for all things digital. Has a desire to help others, a great eye for detail, an eagerness to learn, and can persuasively communicate ideas.
  • Configured conversion tracking & attribution with CRMs (HubSpot, Zoho)
  • 1+ years’ experience working in an agency, or similar client-facing environment
  • 1+ years’ experience working as an account manager or related sales role
  • 1 year experience in the digital marketing field
  • Experience with Tech and B2B industries a big plus
  • Extremely knowledgeable in digital marketing concepts including PPC, SEM, social media marketing, SEO, retargeting etc.
  • Experience with HubSpot, Zoho or other CRM
  • Great personality, able to easily build a rapport with prospects
  • Ability to listen to clients, understand their situation and come up with creative solutions to address their needs
  • Excellent work environment including high speed internet access, newer laptop/desktop computer and quiet space for phone calls and video meetings
