We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Level 1 Support Engineer Intern from Kerala to join our technical team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about technology, enjoys problem-solving, and is eager to learn about product functionality and customer support. 

As a Level 1 Engineer Intern, you’ll be part of a dynamic and collaborative team responsible for ensuring smooth technical operations and delivering an excellent client experience. This internship offers valuable exposure to real-world technical support and product operations.

• Provide first-level technical support and assist in resolving basic product-related issues. 
• Communicate with clients or internal teams via email, chat, or calls — primarily in English and Malayalam. 
• Escalate complex issues to senior engineers and assist in timely follow-ups. 
• Participate in testing, troubleshooting, and documentation of technical issues. 
• Support the team in product deployment, maintenance, and process improvement activities. 
• Learn and apply company tools, systems, and procedures effectively. 

• Strong communication skills in Malayalam and English. 
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities. 
• Basic understanding of software systems, troubleshooting, or product support processes. 
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies. 
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a remote setup. 
• Detail-oriented and proactive approach to work. 

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 

• Freshers or students with internship or academic project experience in technical support, IT, or software systems are encouraged to apply.
